Client ReSource Pro, a global provider of business processes with over 10,500 employees and 400+ clients. Responsibilities Document and maintain processes, procedures and productivity standards. Define and implement quality and customer‑experience standards across SDUs. Create tools, guides and resources to support training and reduce errors & omissions. Coach operations leaders on lean methods, project execution and process improvement. Contribute to standardisation, reporting and data‑analysis projects. Lead initiatives and milestones to drive operational improvement. Prepare monthly insights and support reporting activities. Manage scheduling, calendars and administrative coordination for project teams. Partner with service delivery teams to execute operations‑excellence initiatives. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing to promote consistency and quality. Identify improvement opportunities, develop actionable solutions and build collaborative relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Risk Management or related field. 4+ years of experience in a business or professional environment. 2+ years in insurance (Property & Casualty preferred). Strong process documentation, analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Preferred Skills Project Management, Lean or Change Management certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred). Experience with Agency Management Systems such as AMS 360, TAM, Sagitta. Knowledge of ImageRight or similar workflow systems. Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
