The NCR Voyix Restaurant Small-Medium Business (SMB) unit is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our team. This role will enhance our sales operations, supporting our growing team of field account executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate and improve sales processes.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend analysis, and reporting to management.
- Partner with internal teams on strategic planning by identifying process improvements and providing sales support.
- Assist in crafting analysis, strategies, and messaging for key accounts, including business reviews.
- Use data to analyze customer segments, regions, and product lines to identify value drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Support the SMB Sales team as the main contact for Account Executives.
- Address immediate sales challenges and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to support deals.
- Ensure Salesforce data hygiene and accuracy for reliable pipeline and forecasting.
- In the future, handle inbound customer support calls and emails, providing operational support and troubleshooting.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Soft Skills:
- Experience with SFDC and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Interest in developing policies, procedures, and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset for tackling tough problems.
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting team goals.
- Flexibility to work night shifts to support global operations.
- Team player, capable of interacting with internal and external customers.
