For more information, visit: The Head of Market Development and Partnerships is responsible for driving brand visibility and customer engagement across the Philippines by leading market development initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing marketing activations. The role ensures the effective creation and execution of partnership and engagement strategies that strengthen the brand’s market presence and foster long‑term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to establish and strengthen partnerships with Local Government Units (LGUs), businesses, and community organizations across the Philippines. Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, sponsorships, and community collaborations aligned with business objectives to foster high‑value relationships. Lead and oversee the Market Development, Partnership Development, Marketing Activation, and Customer Engagement teams to achieve customer sign‑up and retention targets. Plan, manage, and monitor partnership and community engagement programs that directly support customer acquisition and loyalty through impactful campaigns. Brand Visibility Drive brand visibility, awareness, and positioning through localized campaigns, community initiatives, and partner activations that resonate with local audiences. Ensure smooth execution of events, activations, and marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition in target markets. ROI & Growth Metrics Monitor and evaluate the ROI of partnership and marketing activities, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and measurable impact that meet revenue contribution targets. Deliver measurable results from partnership and activation initiatives, consistently assessing performance against established ROI metrics. Leadership & Team Development Build, guide, and mentor the Market Development and Partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to achieve departmental objectives. Empower team members to develop their skills and effectiveness in driving partnership initiatives and achieving business goals. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, and/or marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Leverages a strong nationwide network and proven track record in building partnerships with LGUs, brands, and community organizations to drive impactful collaborations. Strong experience in planning and executing community‑based marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs. Proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making, market analyses, and ROI measurement. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to partnerships, sponsorships, and community activations.
