Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors and shareholders Communicate regularly with investors and shareholders to provide updates on company performance and answer inquiries Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other materials Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment Conduct research and analysis on competitors and industry trends Assist in the planning and execution of investor events and conferences Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure accurate and timely communication with investors and shareholders Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations Support the investor relations team in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and research skills Familiarity with financial statements and market analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance is a plus If you are passionate about finance and investor relations, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we would love to hear from you.
