Position: Investor Relation Associate

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors and shareholders
  • Communicate regularly with investors and shareholders to provide updates on company performance and answer inquiries
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and other materials
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and investor sentiment
  • Conduct research and analysis on competitors and industry trends
  • Assist in the planning and execution of investor events and conferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure accurate and timely communication with investors and shareholders
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to investor relations
  • Support the investor relations team in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Familiarity with financial statements and market analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance is a plus
