Service Desk Analyst Day Shift - Taguig
- Location: Taguig, National Capital Region
- Overview: Provide production monitoring of data, error analysis, and serve as the customer contact for questions on usage, functionality and problems encountered with OpenText products and services.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, respond to cases, deliver production support, analyze issues, provide resolution, and notify customers.
- Recreate customer issues and escalate appropriately; work cross-functionally to deliver quality service and outcomes; contribute ideas for knowledge base.
- Perform additional duties/projects as assigned; may require on-call and weekend rotation.
- Qualifications:
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with SQL/Oracle databases.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- EDI knowledge is preferred.
- Effective English communication; ability to explain technical solutions to customers, including those who may not be EDI savvy.

- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work in various shifts.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems; strong organizational and prioritization skills.

- Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month (some postings note up to Php28,000)
