Job Description DEPARTMENT SUMMARY Manages Audience Measurement’s operational aspects including Panel Recruitment, Relationship Management and Operational Support, Television and Advertising Events, Consumer Insights, Consumer Measurement, and Radio Measurement. Position Summary Delivers operational activities (including data encoding, processing, and quality control) with minimal supervision to ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution. Key Responsibilities Operations Check weekly data and validate zero viewing. Consolidate and report subject for non‑compliance to panel telecallers. Consolidate and report Shewhart panels to panel telecallers. Track and analyze panels with Non‑Track Activity (NTA) and Non‑Broadcast. Improve and update panel operations processes (panel audit and ES checklist/forms). Perform unmatched analysis for UBO reports. Validate, check, and present business‑unit projects for testing and implementation. Analyze periodic in‑tab turnover for overnight data and identify reasons for thresholds. Facilitate implementation of SNOW ticketing system; provide training and refreshers. Utilize Looker Studio, Python, and other Google applications for dashboarding. Automate panel operations databases and related processes. Administration Ensure performance management is set. Disseminate information and implement company rules and policies. Drive Nielsen values through relevant organizational initiatives. Key Stakeholders & Interface Internal Regional and Local Leads Corporate Functions including Finance and Human Resources General Associates Qualifications Graduate with any Business Bachelor’s Degree. 2 years of work experience in data analysis, advanced knowledge of Looker Studio and Python. Advanced proficiency in Google applications, especially Slides and Sheets. Competencies & Skills Strong written and verbal English communication. Meticulous attention to detail. Team player, encouraging collaboration. Analytical and logical reasoning. Result‑oriented mindset. Resilient, persuasive, and self‑motivated. High accuracy and precision.
