Hands-on experience managing replication strategies across multiple sites or cloud platforms to achieve robust disaster recovery objectives. Comprehensive understanding of MSSQL and MongoDB technologies alongside MYSQL, enabling seamless integration across heterogeneous systems. In-depth knowledge of industry-standard database security measures including encryption, access controls, and vulnerability assessments. Excellent problem-solving abilities complemented by strong analytical thinking when addressing technical challenges or optimising workflows. Capacity to thrive both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams focused on shared goals. Relevant certifications such as MySQL Certified Database Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate are highly regarded.
