What we need: Reporting to the FACILITY MANAGER this role will ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the facility by providing dedicated expertise for maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting; to support expansion projects or increased operational demands, helping to optimize facility performance and reduce downtime; to help implement and manage proactive maintenance programs that prevent equipment failures and extend asset lifespan; to ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices. This role will be based in NARRA1 located in Laguna Technopark, Binan, Laguna, Philippines. Key responsibilities: Aims to ensure the facility operates smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively, supporting the organization’s operational goals. Develop and maintains preventive maintenance schedules. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of data center facilities (MEFP). Knowledgeable in preparing Incident Report and including resolution of issues. Ability to determine and develop facility improvement plans. Monitor and respond to environmental alerts and alarms. Identify and address potential risks or issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations and maintenance Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization The successful candidate: With at least 7 years of experience in data center facility operations or other critical facility. In-depth knowledge in electrical and cooling systems in a data center or other critical facility. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. With experience in operation and maintenance of the following equipment: UPS, FDAS, HVAC, Gensets, MV/LV Panels, Plumbing, RO System. Can read and interpret Electrical and Mechanical Plans Experience Excellent communication skills and team player. Able to work under pressure and extended hours, weekends or holidays if required. Preferably a graduate in BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, preferably License Engineer. Candidate with CDCP Certificate is an advantage.
