Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain production equipment and facilities to ensure good working condition.
  • Coordinate with production/manufacturing, process engineering and quality engineering to resolve concerns in order to achieve production quality goals.
  • Lead person during installation and qualification of all existing and incoming equipment/facilities.
  • Function as plant Cleanroom/ESD champ ensuring compliance to Cleanroom/ESD Controls.
  • Ensure technician compliance to all workplace policies particularly to safety objectives.
  • Work on Facilities Engineering to ensure sufficient utilities, i.e. DI Water, CDA, exhaust, etc.
  • Supervise/Ensure safety and health activities including position control within the facility.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills, and management skills.
  • Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Has skills on 8D generation and statistical analysis.
  • Has background in DISCO Equipment and Front Assembly Operations for Wafer dicing and back grinding.
