What You’ll Do Build and manage client relationships with owners, architects, and contractors to identify project opportunities Conduct site inspections, prepare technical proposals, traffic analysis, and accurate cost quotations Lead negotiations, manage bids, review contracts, and coordinate closely with internal teams for smooth project execution Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and assist in collections and documentation to support end-to-end sales delivery What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage Candidates must reside within or be willing to be assigned to any of the following areas: Negotiation, Sales Support, Social Media, Relationship Building, Customer Relationship Management, Teamwork, Attention to Detail, Presentation, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
