Job Description

  • Coordinate order processing to meet client and operational deadlines.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Track shipment statuses and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and procurement data.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on supply chain objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Fulfillment Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
