.**Job Summary:**The Fulfillment Coordinator will perform fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, entering orders for Lexis Nexis Research products, access provisioning and providing professional communication with internal and external customers. The primary purpose of this position is to consistently perform core and general order fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, entering orders for Lexis Nexis products and providing professional communication with internal and external customers.**Accountabilities:*** Responsible for managing the order process in an accurate and timely manner for customer contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, order functions including order review, order processing and account maintenance in accordance with established business rules and guidelines.* Responsible for driving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.* Responsible for daily account maintenance such as adding/deleting IDs, ID support, changing addresses, cancels, credits, billing and invoice inquiries.* Effectively communicate with other departments such as sales, sales operations, customer support, legal, pricing, credentialing, credit management, etc. to problem-solve both internal and external customer issues.* Contributes to a positive team environment through the achievements of team objectives and measurements. Assists global team members as needed.* Completes other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)* 2 or more years of BPO experience* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail* Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills* A proactive and highly motivated individual, eager to thoroughly understand complex areas* Proficiency with tools required to support Global Customer Fulfillment functions* Experience with order fulfillment is preferred* **REPH Employee with minimum of 1-year tenure in the current role.*** **Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months*** **Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 months*** **Must not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 months*** **Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle**We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
