Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 Supply Chain

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. We are seeking a Functional Consultant - Supply Chain Presales with significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. This is a full-time work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Sales Team in responding to RFPs, specifically for functional requirements or questions.
  2. Work with the Sales Team and lead Sales Discovery sessions to determine possible solutions to customer requirements and challenges.
  3. Write business scenarios relevant to the customer based on information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  4. Configure D365 for Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, Vendor Portal, and Manufacturing to support business scenarios and test the configured processes.
  5. Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  6. Document proposed Solution Overview, including possible integrations, based on RFP and information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  7. Write design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  8. Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  9. Lead Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
  10. Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
  11. Write 2-3 D365 SCM functional blog articles per year for the Unify Dots blog.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Conversational skills in English
