Overview
Client Implementation Specialist role at Safeguard Global — remote-first and hybrid-friendly, global company spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This role focuses on onboarding GEO workers and clients worldwide, delivering world-class customer service, and enabling successful ongoing partnerships between clients and Safeguard. The Onboarding Specialist may act as project leader for large-volume or complex onboards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for GEO workers and clients.
- Facilitate creation, review, and approval of employment agreements.
- Provide local legislation and HR knowledge for the onboarding location.
- Collaborate with in-country experts and local market specialists throughout onboarding.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GEO processes.
- Attend client calls as needed during onboarding.
- Ensure benefits, background checks, and necessary onboarding documentation are completed.
- Adapt payroll calendars for onboarding and create new calendars as needed for new territories.
- Serve as point of contact for worker queries during onboarding.
- Ensure client invoicing is accurate and timely; set up clients and workers in the Global system; provide system documentation.
- Update monthly payroll files after onboarding and provide thorough handover to Operations.
- Project-manage large or complex onboards to ensure successful implementation.
- Follow up with clients not starting onboarding and offer solutions or partners as needed.
- Maintain SLA achievement and high client satisfaction during onboarding.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or client-facing role.
- HR administration/coordination or implementation experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems.
- Self-directed with initiative; highly organized with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong geographical knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment; fluency in English (verbal and written).
