About the Role

EDM & Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative EDM and Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that seamlessly integrate with EDM campaigns to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and conversion rates. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, content strategy, and email marketing best practice.

Key Responsibilities

EDM Campaign Integration

  • Write engaging copy for EDM campaigns and social media projects on a regular basis.
  • Manage and operate Klaviyo, including setup, scheduling, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee and optimize EDM performance/flows for existing and new clients.
  • Analyze audience behavior and segmentation to craft personalized and effective EDM content.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging between EDM and social media channels.
  • Ensure a healthy audience list quality for all EDM clients.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with EDM campaigns and overall marketing goals.
  • Publish content, manage online communities, and provide timely responses across social platforms.
  • Oversee daily social media operations, content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Identify and implement trends, tools, and best practices to optimize social media presence.
  • Run basic ad campaigns for social media projects, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and EDM campaign performance metrics.
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing for social media posts and EDM content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in social media marketing and/or EDM campaign management.
  • Proven experience creating and managing integrated social media and EDM strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to brand tone and consistency.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESPs).
  • An analytical mindset with basic knowledge of performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple campaigns.
