Our client is an Amazon digital agency focusing on growing PPC sales and scaling supply chain infrastructure. They are dedicated to driving sustainable and profitable growth for our clients' Amazon channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for expertly managing our Amazon accounts, working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes having a deep understanding of Amazon and experience in media buying, both of which are core components for the role. You'll play a key role in making sure the operations are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success.
Beyond your experience, we are looking for someone who not only brings valuable expertise. In addition, a data nerd, team collaborator, and able to work with cultures worldwide are essential to our vision of fostering a well-rounded and dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and implement long and short-term strategic direction and plans to drive revenue.
- Report (daily, weekly, monthly) account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
- Be responsible for Amazon store end-to-end management, increasing ranking, conversion, and overall sales.
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Amazon Case Management such as inventory reconciliations, tracking shipments, listing optimizations issues.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations across all Amazon-related activities.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to optimize campaign performance and drive quality traffic.
- Continuously monitor campaign metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to allocated spending limits.
- Monitor daily spending and adjust campaign bids, targeting parameters, and budget allocations as needed to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
- Implement conversion tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns in driving desired actions, such as form submissions, purchases, or sign-ups.
- At least 3 years experience in eCommerce space
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Amazon PPC advertising
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising/seller central/ vendor central ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other advertising channel
- Must have worked with ad budgets exceeding $20k/month
- Ability to identify high-performing keywords and maximize bids for maximum ROI.
- Effectively allocate advertising budgets across different campaigns and channels to maximize ROI
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing Analyst and Head of Strategy to execute on Company KPIs

- Experience leading or supporting a team of Amazon advertising specialists.
