About The Role As an Amazon Case Specialist , you will be responsible for addressing account health and listing issues, ensuring listing accuracy and compliance, and managing the catalog to maintain optimal operations. Responsibilities Monitor and management of the Amazon seller account to ensure its health and compliance with Amazon\'s terms of service and seller code of conduct Create and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand objectives. Take the lead on creating and maintaining product listings using flat files and Seller Central tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our brand’s objectives Manage and resolve customer cases through effective communication and problem-solving Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes, and systems. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics and sales to ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of Amazon’s evolving policies and algorithms, advising on best practices to safeguard account standing and promote compliance. Competencies And Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years of Amazon Case Management experience with a proven track record in managing and maintaining account health. Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's ecosystem, including policies, programs, and optimization tactics and experience communicating with Seller Support. Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in using Amazon’s reporting tools and Excel for data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage aggressive deadlines. Seamlessly work with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies, enhance customer experiences, and drive overall ecommerce success. Ensure accuracy and excellence in every aspect of our ecommerce operations. Foster positive connections and effective communication in all interactions across our platforms and networks Advantageous Experience in other eCommerce platforms (ie.
