BOH PARTNER Responsibilities:

• Overall in-charge of all kitchen areas
• In-charge of implementing health protocols and ensuring the health and safety of employees and customers in the workplace
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting and observing excellent service and responding to customers' needs in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct inventory counts and organize stocks
• Help the Restaurant Chief achieve sales targets and store performance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen production, focusing on proper preparation and cooking of chicken menu items.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, portioning, and plating.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation according to company standards.
• Food Safety & Sanitation
• Follow HACCP, DOH, and company food safety protocols.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Observe correct procedures for thawing, marinating, and cooking chicken safely.
• Inventory & Cost Control
• Help monitor kitchen inventory, especially chicken stocks and supplies.
• Participate in stock counts and proper storage to minimize wastage.
• Learn ordering procedures and cost control measures.
• Staff Supervision & Training
• Shadow BOH supervisors in delegating tasks and scheduling.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on chicken cooking standards and other BOH procedures.
• Promote teamwork and smooth coordination with FOH.
• Administrative & Reporting
• Prepare simple production and wastage reports.
• Assist in menu planning and portion control, especially for chicken-based products.
• Support the implementation of kitchen systems and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of HRM, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Must know how to cook chicken dishes (grilling, frying, roasting, boiling, etc.).
• Experience in kitchen or food service operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership potential, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month

• Open to shifting schedules (no fixed rest day)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Maintains a good attendance record
• Willing to be assigned at SM Sucat Branch
