  • Relevant sales and marketing experience (refinancing, insurance, or automotive industry)

  • Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies with knowledge of latest market trends.

  • Technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), marketing skills, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Persuasive, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable, and analytical.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

  • Strong convincing power and teamwork skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise work sections and subordinates for effective task completion.

  • Establish work standards, performance measures, goals, and objectives.

  • Assign tasks to subordinates.

  • Evaluate work performance and review progress.

  • Provide direction and guidance.

  • Coach, counsel, and motivate staff.

  • Update staff on policies, systems, and procedures.

  • Recommend personnel actions.

  • Conduct job orientation and technical training.

  • Identify and recommend staff development programs.

  • Implement disciplinary actions as needed, in consultation with superiors.

  • Develop marketing concepts and promotional ideas.

  • Prepare competitor analysis and market change reports.

  • Ensure proper distribution of advertising materials.

  • Conduct telemarketing for loan renewals.

  • Review loan applications and documents before endorsement.

  • Monitor loan application status.

  • Prepare monthly reports on releases, new accounts, commissions, and incentives.

  • Recruit and source potential Loan Consultants.

  • Support Loan Consultants in marketing efforts.

  • Conduct meetings, seminars, and orientations for Loan Consultants.

  • Perform Branch Manager functions in absence.

  • Manage special events.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
