Your Mission as Head of Brand : You will be the driving force behind the development and execution of brand strategies for our market‑leading products—CSGORoll and HypeDrop. Your mission is to elevate Ancient Gaming’s position as an industry innovator, creating impactful brand campaigns that resonate with our global audience of gamers and shoppers. You'll lead a cross‑functional marketing team, shaping the voice, identity, and perception of both CSGORoll and HypeDrop. This role demands a hands‑on leader who can merge creativity with data‑driven decision‑making to drive consumer acquisition and retention in a fast‑paced, gaming‑centric market. You will be working on CSGORoll , the world’s #1 skin gaming site and a community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in‑house custom‑built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP. You will also work on HypeDrop , a leading gamified shopping platform where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real‑time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win. Responsibilities Establish and evolve the voice of Ancient Gaming’s brand portfolio, positioning CSGORoll and HypeDrop as market leaders in their respective spaces. Develop and execute creative, data‑driven brand strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for both products. Ensure a consistent and innovative brand message across all channels, including digital, social, and performance marketing. Collaborate with the CEO to translate the company vision into actionable marketing strategies, ensuring the brand remains relevant and exciting. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing marketing team, including areas such as performance marketing, social media, streaming, content creation, and partnerships. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team, while promoting autonomy and creativity. Set clear, aspirational goals for the team, driving high‑impact results across multiple touchpoints. Work closely with other departments (e.g., Product, Sales, and Operations) to ensure that brand initiatives align with broader business goals. Lead collaboration efforts with influencers, streamers, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of brand initiatives, ensuring the marketing team delivers a high return on ad spend (ROAS) and other key performance metrics. Continuously audit and optimize marketing funnels, implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency and campaign execution. Oversee the development of innovative campaigns for both CSGORoll and HypeDrop that keep them at the forefront of their industries. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the gaming and e‑commerce landscapes. Ensure all brand communications are compliant with iGaming regulations and aligned with company policies. Support crisis communication efforts in collaboration with the PR team to manage potential reputational risks. Manage the marketing department’s budget, resource allocation, and team performance to optimize output and drive results. Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools to improve campaign efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience leading a brand in a fast‑paced, disruptive market, ideally within a challenger brand or a gaming/iGaming environment. Extensive experience managing cross‑functional marketing teams with a focus on both high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution. Strong people management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing a diverse team while handling underperformance where needed. Demonstrable experience building and executing brand strategies that drive market share, customer engagement, and long‑term growth. Passionate about the gaming/iGaming industry, with hands‑on knowledge of esports and online gaming communities. A data‑driven leader with a deep understanding of analytics and the ability to use data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
