
Safety Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of safety policies and procedures
- Ensure that all safety records and documentation are properly maintained and up-to-date
- Conduct safety audits and inspections in coordination with safety managers and supervisors
- Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events, and prepare reports on findings
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Monitor and track safety-related metrics, such as incident rates and safety training completion rates
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans
- Communicate and promote safety awareness and best practices throughout the organization
- Experience as a safety administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling safety-related documents and reports.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Willing to travel from one site to another
- Must undergo and has updated SO Certificate
- Willing to start asap
- Willing to work on-site in Marikina City
