About the role

As a Surveyor at 11-16 Construction Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the success of our large-scale construction projects in the Doña Remedios Trinidad Bulacan area. This full-time position will see you responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land, structures and other physical features to support the efficient and compliant delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting field surveys to gather accurate data on terrain, boundaries, contours, and other relevant physical features
2. Utilizing surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels to collect precise measurements
3. Interpreting survey data and creating detailed maps, plans, and reports to guide the construction process
4. Collaborating with construction teams to ensure project designs align with on-site realities
5. Ensuring all survey work adheres to relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
6. Maintaining detailed records of surveying activities and measurements

What we're looking for

1. A Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Surveyor, ideally in the construction industry
3. Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software, including total stations, GIS, and CAD
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret survey data and identify solutions
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work performed
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively
7. Familiarity with relevant surveying regulations, standards, and best practices
