We’re looking for a versatile digital marketing professional who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies while managing day‑to‑day campaign operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Management Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns for clients across recommended channels set out in our strategy Set up and manage Business Management across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Collaborate with our strategic creative team to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Create organic social media posts based on the strategy using Canva Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI optimisation, conversion tracking, and cost‑per‑acquisition improvements Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience targeting Allocate and optimise budgets across channels based on performance metrics and business goals Analytics & Performance Optimisation Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform‑specific tracking (Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) Build automated reporting dashboards using Google Data Studio or similar tools Analyse cross‑platform performance data to identify optimisation opportunities Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements and produce and manage monthly/quarterly reports for clients Content Strategy & Creative Oversight Develop platform‑specific content strategies aligned with brand voice and business objectives Oversee creative asset development for ads, social media, and website content Plan and manage content calendars across all digital channels Collaborate with the design team or manage freelancers for creative production Website Work closely with our Digital Optimisation Specialist to recommend website optimisations to enhance digital marketing results Work closely with our Strategy and Creative team to collaborate on marketing strategies and creative outputs for the best marketing ROI and performance. Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation best practices to collaborate with the team Requirements Experience & Skills 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of campaign management Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Digital Display (HTML banners), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Business and YouTube paid ads Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion optimisation Technical Requirements Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration Knowledge of conversion tracking setup and cross‑platform attribution Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or ability to brief creative teams Personal Attributes Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Excellent project management and prioritisation skills Adaptable to a rapidly changing digital marketing landscape Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting and team collaboration Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently Benefits What's in it for you?
