The Job

Billease is creating and building the most technological collections shop in the Philippines. Driven by AI. Billease is now looking to hire a tech savvy collections Supervisor.

  • Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Grow to 300 FTE within 2 yrs; foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • Set clear performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections team and track progress.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing collections.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the collections process.
  • Collaborate with the risk management team to optimize credit risk models and strategies.
  • Implement customer-centric communication strategies to engage with delinquent customers in a respectful and empathetic manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the collections function, seeking innovative ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in collections.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Mid to Senior Level: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the same industry
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams
  • Onsite Work Required: Must be available to work onsite
