Role Overview

The HR Head will lead the overall Human Resources function, ensuring alignment of people strategy with business objectives. The role will be responsible for shaping organizational culture, overseeing compliance with Philippine labor laws, and building systems that attract, retain, and develop top talent. This is a senior leadership position, directly advising the General Manager and playing a critical role in the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
  • Advise the General Manager and leadership team on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Foster a strong company culture centered on accountability, integrity, and performance.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial roles.
  • Implement onboarding and training programs to accelerate productivity and retention.
  • Establish employee development and performance management frameworks.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Maintain strong employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
  • Uphold company policies, code of conduct, and safety standards.
4. Compensation & Benefits
  • Design competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
  • Manage payroll coordination in partnership with Finance.
  • Introduce performance-based incentive programs.
5. HR Operations & Systems
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and HRIS.
  • Track key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring speed, training ROI).
  • Streamline HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
6. Rewards, Recognition, and Culture Programs
  • Oversee and uphold the integrity of our“Wildly Important Goals” (WIGs) , the company’s quarterly rewards and recognition program, ensuring it is merit-based, measurable, and validated.
  • Champion initiatives that reinforce accountability, celebrate high performance, and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Promote a recognition culture that aligns with company values and business priorities.
