Join our growing team and play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and ensuring accurate reimbursement through precise medical coding Location: BGC, Taguig / Cubao, QC Schedule: Dayshift | Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Review and analyze HHC medical records for accurate ICD-10-CM and HCC code assignment Ensure documentation supports risk adjustment coding in compliance with CMS and payer guidelines Collaborate with clinicians to clarify diagnoses and improve documentation accuracy Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting strict compliance and audit requirements Stay updated with current coding regulations and best practices Qualifications: Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CRC, CCS, or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in Risk Adjustment and/or HHC coding Familiarity with CMS-HCC models and HHC documentation standards (e.g., OASIS) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with EMR and coding software Why Join Us?
