Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly closing and management reporting (including profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, intercompany reconciliation and trade report). Review actual and forecast details of monthly cargo and prepare ad hoc monthly reports requested by management. Review and submit GST to IRAS within deadline and prepare annual corporate tax compliance. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for quarterly audit review and provide necessary information. Review financial statements and ensure timely submission of compliance requirements, including ECI submission to IRAS and transfer pricing documentation review. Compile and review information for submission to Enterprise Singapore in relation to GTP annual survey within deadline. Prepare KYC and bank enquiries to support smooth opening of bank accounts. Monitor cashflow and manage daily transactional requirements to optimize trade finance and working capital. Develop financing strategies, trade record guidelines and policies to promote efficiency and compliance. Negotiate with financial institutions for credit facilities and manage portfolio exposures for growth. Maintain positive interaction with traders and customers to ensure ongoing exchange of quality financial information. Responsible for development of financial plan to support long‑term and short‑term strategy, budgeting and forecasting. Strengthen current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements. Requirements Minimum 6 – 7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
