Experience your best self with URC Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Research & Development Specialist (Bread/Packaging). What are the Roles and Responsibilities? Responsible for developing and improving bread products. This includes researching new ingredients, create prototype, testing, analyzing recipes, and creating innovative new bread products. Must have a strong knowledge of food science and technology, as well as a passion for baking. Work with Bread Production to ensure that products can be produced on a large scale. What are the Qualifications? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Culinary or equivalent. Required skill(s) is a combination of scientific knowledge, creativity, bakery math, and passion for baking. An NCII Certification in Bread & Pastry production is an advantage but not required. Should have experience in Product Development specifically in Bread & Pastry. Full-Time position(s) available.
