Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and detailed technical SEO audits Optimise site structure, metadata, content, and internal linking to boost visibility and performance. Use data-driven insights to guide our content strategy — liaising with the marketing team and content writer to identify high-impact focus keywords, content themes, and opportunities that strengthen brand authority, visibility, and market positioning. Create detailed SEO and content strategies that leverage analytics to drive growth and measurable outcomes. Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain a competitive edgel Technical & Web Development Manage and maintain website, ensuring peak performance, security, and functionality Customise and optimise WordPress and/or other CMS platforms to deliver superior UX and SEO outcomes. Code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; use frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind for clean, scalable design. Ensure responsive, mobile-first design and browser compatibility Troubleshoot bugs and optimise speed and user experience Content & Resource Hub Management Upload, manage, and update blogs, articles, and resources across GML’s digital platforms. Oversee the Broker & Lender Resource Hub, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and engagement. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align all content with SEO best practices and brand strategy. Use social media analytics and engagement metrics to guide improvements in reach and performance. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES With 4+ years experience in digital marketing and SEO strategy, with a proven track record of driving measurable results A confident self-starter with a passion for tech, optimisation, and innovation Proactive, strategic, and commercially minded — able to translate insights into intelligent action.
