In 2025, we’re opening several new offices, beginning with Cebu. We’re seeking talented individuals to help us succeed. You’ll have opportunities for international travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and our company retreat.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at Tego Group, you’ll connect with decision-makers worldwide and schedule new business meetings. You’ll work with a team of seasoned B2B sales professionals and gain expertise quickly.

You’ll network with Global Directors and CEOs, expanding your professional connections. This role is ideal for driven individuals eager to achieve results and grow alongside a global company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and other channels to generate leads and secure meetings.
  • Research prospective clients, ensuring a strategic approach.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Team to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to add value during client interactions.
