Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist to help us build a smooth, reliable, and human-centered financial backbone. You’ll help ensure that vendors are paid accurately and on time, systems run efficiently, and every peso is accounted for.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, review supporting documents, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and accounting to ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and AP records to keep everything in sync.
  • Assist with month-end reports, accruals, and audit documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and increase accuracy.
  • Help maintain internal controls and ensure BIR/tax requirements are properly addressed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes in mid to large-scale or multi-entity environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze large data sets, automate repetitive tasks, and generate accurate financial reports
  • Proven track record in process improvement, reconciliation, vendor management, and AP controls
