Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Enrolment Sales Specialists to join our remote call centre team. You will connect with parents and prospective students, guide them to trial lessons, follow up to secure enrolments, support families who may be considering withdrawal, and help students advance by recommending suitable package upgrades. This is a sales and service-driven role where your communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone will directly impact Aureus Academy’s growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Make 50-75+ calls per day to follow up with leads from various channels and book trial lessons.
  • Enrolment Success: Contact families after trial lessons to secure enrolments and answer questions about our programmes.
  • Customer Retention: Reach out to families requesting withdrawal, understand their concerns, and provide solutions to encourage continuation.
  • Package Upgrading: Engage with existing students and parents to recommend upgraded lesson packages or programmes that best support their musical progress.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrolment and retention goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with parents, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage.
  • System Updates: Accurately update CRM records with call notes, enrolment status, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Centre teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in call centre, sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required.
  • Stable internet connection and quiet working environment suitable for remote calling.
Compensation Package
  • Base Salary: PHP 30,000 – 50,000 per month
  • On Target Earnings: PHP 40,000 – 80,000 per month
