We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing service requests, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. You’ll serve as a key bridge between clients and internal teams, driving communication, coordination, and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced work environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main client liaison: Handle inquiries, process requests, and maintain professional communication throughout the service lifecycle. Coordinate job scheduling: Assign the appropriate engineers or service providers based on project scope, client requirements, and deadlines. Track project progress: Monitor ongoing jobs, provide clients with timely updates, and proactively address potential delays or issues. Manage documentation and invoicing: Ensure all reports, service documentation, and invoices are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly. Facilitate cross‑team collaboration: Work closely with operations, dispatch, and service departments to ensure smooth job execution and resolve escalations efficiently. Maintain client accounts: Keep all client information, reports, and service records updated and organized. Oversee job changes: Manage communication and approvals for any adjustments, extensions, or “uplifts” to service requests. Ensure service quality: Uphold company standards by maintaining consistent, high‑quality client interactions and outcomes. Mandatory Skills Proven background in customer service, account management, or job scheduling within a client‑facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing complex or sensitive client situations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and job management tools. Collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving and coordination skills. Preferred Skills Experience in dispatch, field operations, or B2B service industries. Familiarity with client account management, reporting, and invoicing procedures. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
