What’s The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Observing business partnering with The Medical City Enterprise Hospital.
  • Driving timely management financial reporting to support the Head of Corporate Planning.
  • Leading and coordinating the Budgeting and Financial Planning Activities.
  • Coordinating with Finance Operations and Treasury to support cash flow planning.
  • Supporting the Corporate Planning Head in merger and acquisition.
  • Establishing and monitoring Anaplan system requirements.

An effective Financial Analyst must possess the following attributes:

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively observe and support business partnering with The Medical City Enterprise Hospital.
  • Strategic Insight: Competence in understanding and contributing to the organization's strategic vision through collaborative efforts.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to drive timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making.
  • Data Interpretation: Skills to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for the Head of Corporate Planning.
  • Planning Expertise: Ability to lead and coordinate budgeting and financial planning activities effectively.
  • Forecasting Skills: Skills to develop reliable financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Competence in streamlining budgeting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Financial Management: Skills to monitor cash flow and address liquidity needs proactively.

Ideally, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy , financial management , or any related courses with at least 3-4 years of experience for a similar function .

Chosen candidate will be employed at The Medical City Pangasinan.
