Invoice Staff

Invoice Staff/System Data Analyst will be assigned to our client LPS (Laguna Prime Star) Distributor of Alaska and Mondelez Products, located in Urdaneta, Pangasinan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as single point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
• Provide support in generating reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility.
• Coordinate activities such as follow-up on sku set up delays, follow-up with the business on missing fields or incorrect data or with functional data providers to support master data set-up process.
• Supports in the implementation and maintenance of the company's hardware and related software for information, communication, and networking systems
• Vendor Master Data requirements
• KPI Tracking and Reporting
• Monitoring and Updating of Tablet route plan of all Salesman

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course
• Detail oriented and enjoys working with operational processes.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills/ Solution Driven Approach
• With background knowledge in SAP is an advantage
• Willing to be trained and do multi-tasking work
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and software.

Warehouse Location: LPS WAREHOUSE, QUINTIN COMPOUND, NANCAYASAN, URDANETA CITY, PANGASINAN
