
Plant Finance Supervisor

- The Plant Finance Supervisor oversees the financial operations within the plant, ensuring that all financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. This role involves supervising the daily activities of the plant finance staff, reviewing and validating financial reports, managing cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory accounting. The Plant Finance Supervisor also ensures that all financial records are maintained properly and that compliance with safety and regulatory requirements is met. Additionally, the supervisor plays a key role in implementing system enhancements and supporting both internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- With at least 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations is essential
- Wiling to be assigned in Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan
- Willing to accept a project-based contract
