About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate who’s ready to turn strategy into action. You’ll help plan and execute campaigns across SEO, social, paid ads, and email—digging into data, refining performance, and collaborating across teams to make every digital move count. If you’re creative, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Campaign Planning

• Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Translate marketing briefs into actionable campaigns with clear metrics.

• Identify audience segments and target personas for tailored messaging.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Lead end-to-end execution of digital initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads).

• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B test results.

• Monitor and adapt strategies based on platform updates and consumer behavior.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports to assess campaign health.

• Provide performance analysis and insights for stakeholder presentations.

• Monitor competitor performance and market trends for benchmarking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with other departments to ensure aligned execution.

• Brief in-house and external resources to develop content that supports digital goals.

• Coordinate launch timelines, approvals, and feedback loops.

Innovation & Improvement

• Research and experiment with emerging tools and platforms.

• Contribute to process improvements in campaign planning, budgeting, and tracking.

• Recommend new technologies or methodologies for higher ROI.

Work Schedule: 9 PM to 6 AM PHT

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, and social media strategies

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital ad platforms

• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, or similar

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills

• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset to optimize performance

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
