Reporting To: Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Job Summary

Skyline Gardens Development Corp is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to help execute day-to-day marketing activities. This role is focused on supporting the team with digital and offline marketing execution and administrative marketing tasks.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks that keep our marketing operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Digital Execution
  • Post and schedule content on Facebook and Instagram
  • Update the company website with new announcements or materials (with guidance)
  • Monitor inquiries from social media and forward them to the sales team
  • Maintain and update online listings
  • Assist in coordinating with freelancers/agencies for graphics, design, and printing
Offline Execution
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and tarpaulins to partner offices and events
  • Support the setup and logistics of events, roadshows, and community outreach
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of marketing materials
Administrative Support
  • Keep marketing files, calendars, and trackers updated
  • Prepare simple presentations and proposals (templates provided)
  • Provide clerical support for the marketing and sales teams as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 6 months–1 year of experience in marketing support, admin, or related role (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and Canva
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple small tasks daily
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Willing to handle fieldwork (e.g., events, collateral distribution)
