We are seeking a Finance Program Manager, who will be responsible for leading and overseeing strategic finance initiatives and programs within the organisation. The role will involve driving cross‑functional collaboration, managing project portfolios, and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, finance teams, and key stakeholders to develop and execute programmes aimed at improving financial performance, optimising processes and mitigating risks. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic finance programmes and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s objectives, priorities and growth plans. Define programme goals, scope, deliverables and timelines, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure programme success and effectiveness. Collaborate with finance teams, business units and functional leaders to identify opportunities, address challenges and drive alignment on programme objectives and priorities. Facilitate communication, coordination and knowledge sharing across departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless programme execution and integration. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities related to programme budgets, forecasts and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. Monitor programme performance, analyse variances and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision‑making and course correction. Identify potential risks, dependencies and barriers to programme success, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and uncertainties. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and financial standards throughout the programme lifecycle. Champion change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and adaptability within the finance organisation and across the enterprise. Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to build consensus, gain buy‑in and foster collaboration in support of programme objectives and outcomes. Establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting programme progress, milestones and outcomes, and provide regular updates and status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Conduct post‑implementation reviews and evaluations to assess programme effectiveness, identify lessons learned and capture best practices for future initiatives. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. 5 years’ experience in a finance leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives and driving results. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices and corporate finance concepts, with expertise in financial analysis, modelling and forecasting. Financial certification (CFA, CPA, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus across diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives, and drive execution to achieve desired outcomes. Analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify insights and make data‑driven decisions. Proficiency in project management tools, financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. Locations Must be authorised to work in the country where the job is based.
