Finance Supervisor

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day financial activities and supervise the finance team, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial operations and processes. Location: Angeles City, PH. Employment type: Full-Time. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, including financial analysts, accountants, and clerical staff. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to support professional development. Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities. Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set financial targets and allocations. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning. Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks; provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve controls, and enhance reporting accuracy. Implement changes and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls; monitor and enforce adherence to financial policies and procedures. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software to support reporting and analysis; collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within a finance team. Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Compliance Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Willingness to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint (contingent on results). Willingness to submit to drug screening (contingent on results).
