We're on the hunt for a Loan Head with deep experience in corporate lending and a solid network in international syndicated loans. If you're a driven banking professional who thrives on building client relationships and structuring high-value loans—this is your next leadership move.

Your Mission:

  • Lead and grow the loan department with a focus on corporate and syndicated lending

  • Analyze complex financials, conduct credit evaluations, and provide actionable recommendations

  • Engage high-value clients and structure competitive financing solutions

  • Promote banking products and expand your network of corporate clients and loan brokers

  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of loan documentation, processing, and BSP reporting

  • Oversee delinquency management, collections coordination, and client account maintenance

We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years in a Loan or Credit Supervisory/Head role

  • Solid background in syndicated loans and corporate finance

  • Established client base or broker network for international syndicated lending

  • Strong credit analysis, negotiation, reporting, and client management skills
