Participating in quality improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). Documenting process flows, work instructions, reports, checklists, and meeting minutes as needed. Conducting process mapping and analysis within assigned teams or departments. Developing training materials and facilitating learning sessions within your team or department. Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to managers, department heads, or executive leadership. Proactively participating in cross-functional projects and acting as a team player in implementing improvement actions. Performing other duties or assignments as directed by your immediate supervisor.
