Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design efficient production processes, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
  • Develop and implement systems for continuous improvement in manufacturing operations, focusing on reducing costs and improving productivity.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, perform capacity planning, and work on workforce optimization.
  • Monitor the performance of existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Work with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and safely.
  • Use data analysis and modeling tools to develop process improvements, including layout planning and workflow optimization.
  • Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and relevant regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies that support business objectives and drive cost reduction.
  • Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production schedules are met, and issues are addressed proactively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on process improvement initiatives and results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
  • Experience:
  • At least [X] years of hands-on experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industries, preferably in a production or operations role.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements, lean manufacturing, and optimizing production workflows.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with manufacturing software systems (e.g., ERP, MES) is desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in data analysis and process simulation tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, AutoCAD, or similar software).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food production processes and supply chain management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work on-site in Deparo, North Caloocan City.
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
