Job Description:

As a Supervisory Trainee, you'll rotate through different departments, gaining valuable experience and exposure to our core operations.

What You'll Do:

Shadow Leaders to gain insights into operations and leadership. Provide administrative support while learning cooperative policies and processes.

Collaborate on evaluating reports, analyses, and performances, and apply data analysis techniques to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement

Engages with teams and key projects from various departments to understand their specific process requirements and gather input for process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.

Strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and effectively.

Analytical and has a leadership ability

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in MS Office and Google Office Suite

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
