This is a full-time on-site role for a Leader Training & Development Manager at Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, located in Lapu-Lapu City. The Leader Training & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs. This includes conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing support to leaders and managers. The Manager will also collaborate with HR and work closely with the department heads to identify training needs, facilitate workshops, and ensure continuous improvement of leadership skills across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Training Design, Implementation, and Program Management
  • Skills in Workshop Facilitation, Curriculum Development, and Training Delivery
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Evaluate Program Effectiveness and Make Data-Driven Decisions
  • Understanding of Leadership Development and Organizational Development
  • Experience in working with HR on identifying training needs and developing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in Training & Development or Organizational Development are a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
