Sr. Specialist, Global Compensation Delivery

Sr. Specialist, Global Compensation Delivery Overview Lead and support key compensation projects including annual cycles (merit, bonus, long-term incentives), survey benchmarking, and job architecture initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and validation within Workday; recommend improvements for compensation programs and configurations. Develop and deliver updates, presentations, and reports to stakeholders while ensuring program governance and global compliance. Responsibilities Lead and support key compensation projects including annual cycles (merit, bonus, LTI), survey benchmarking, and job architecture initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and validation within Workday; recommend improvements for compensation programs and configurations. Develop and deliver updates, presentations, and reports to stakeholders while ensuring program governance and global compliance. Collaborate with HR Operations, Systems, and Global Compensation to align processes and drive transparency and harmonization. Manage compensation governance documentation, vendor performance, and communication materials to support program visibility. Contribute to sustainability reporting (CSRD), HR transformation efforts, and continuous improvement of compensation practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of two to five years of experience in compensation management, with a preference for one year in a global role. Good experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong working knowledge of compensation strategies, theories, best practices, and regulations. Preferred Requirements Proficiency in Workday Advance and compensation management software. Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus. Skills Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective governance frameworks. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
