Responsibilities Supervise the activities in the Repair operations. Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance. Determine and allocate required resources to accomplish production requirements. Establish strategic goals for the team. Accomplish financial goals by forecasting requirements, preparing budget, scheduling expenditures, evaluating variances, and initiating corrective actions. Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel. Ensure operation of equipment and initiate and drive process/continuous improvement activities. Responsible for safety, personnel, proper utilization of company assets, and the upkeep of the surrounding work environment. Requirements BS Degree in either electronics, electrical, computer, Industrial, or mechanical Engineering. At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role. Proficient in the use of various MS Apps.
