Compensation and Benefits Specialist – Pinnacle Intelligence Location: Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines Department: Human Resources • Reports To: HR Manager (Adjust as applicable) Position summary The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll and benefits administration across the organization. This role is responsible for managing government-mandated and company-provided benefits, processing payroll inputs, and delivering key reports that support strategic HR and financial decisions. Key Responsibilities Administer and process government-manded benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) and company-specific benefits programs. Coordinate and validate payroll-related inputs including attendance, leaves, and adjustments. Collaborate with payroll vendors or internal payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution. Prepare and deliver reports on statutory contributions, benefits utilization, and cost analysis. Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies related to compensation and benefits. Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll and benefits. Provide employee support and guidance on compensation and benefits-related queries. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within a BPO or fast-paced corporate environment. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits. Experience in payroll processing is a strong advantage. Proficiency in HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local platforms). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
