The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a key social position on the marketing team. A CSR acts as a liaison, provides product/services information, resolves customer issues with accuracy and efficiency, and aims to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers, assist with logging in, and upsell packages
