We are looking for a motivated and collaborative HR IT Consultant to join our Global HR Solutions Team. In this role, you will support and evolve our HR IT landscape, focusing on Master Data and Compensation IT Solutions, currently implemented in SAP SuccessFactors.

Based in Hanover (Germany), Manila (Philippines), or Timișoara (Romania), you will work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment requiring flexibility and alignment with EMEA working hours. While your core focus will be SuccessFactors, there will be opportunities to support solutions in Talent Acquisition, Health, Mobility, and Workforce Analytics.

If you're a proactive problem-solver passionate about digital HR transformation, and thrive in project and stakeholder management as well as hands-on cloud system implementation, this could be your ideal role.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure efficient purchasing processes, lead projects per established Project Management principles, collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define technical standards, implement and maintain standards, deliver timely project implementations.
  • Project Budget: Develop and track project requests, oversee purchasing, generate and communicate budget updates, ensure budgets are managed timely.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain quality and availability of technical documentation for vendor and internal projects, update internal tools like LeanIX.
  • Change Management: Develop technical change concepts, execute changes, and provide hyper-care support.
  • Knowledge Management: Share lessons learned, pursue continuous learning, and attend relevant IT events.
Your profile
  • Degree in Technology, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience with HR IT solutions.
  • Business knowledge of HR is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and independent project management ability.
  • Customer-oriented with stakeholder understanding.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
